Heating Issue
The spa pumps heat the water between by approx. 1°C ‑ 1.5°C an hour, so they can take 15-24 hours to heat from cold. This may take longer in colder ambient temperatures.
When the heater button is pressed, the display or LED screen will switch to tell you the current temperature of the water. So if you are currently seeing a lower temperature this will increase as the water is heating.
The heating button on the display will turn red when it is heating. Once it has reached the set temperature it will turn green.
If you are experiencing heating issues when the filter is clean, the Ground Mat is under the spa and the Top Lid is well covered, please run through these troubleshooting steps below:
Taking too long to heat up
If your MSpa failed to heat up to the set temperature after 24 hours, you need to restart your spa by following these steps:
- Turn off your spa. Remove the filter cartridge from the base, clean or change the cartridge, clean the water inlet and outlet.
- Unplug the PRCD plug then plug it into the socket and do the RESET – TEST – RESET check
- Turn on FILTER function only for 10 minutes
- Turn on HEATER and leave it to heat up in next 24 hours
If it still cannot heat up to the set temperature in the next 24 hours, please contact our after-sales service team.
Heater not working
If you cannot feel any warm water coming out of the outlet of liner while the heating button on the display is red, please contact our after-sales service team.
Incorrect water temperature displayed
If you found that the water temperature is obvioulsy lower or higher than the current temperature of water displayed on LED screen, please contact our after-sales service team.
