Top Cover Seams Have Split
We are sorry to hear you have found a split on the seams of your MSpa’s top cover.
Please contact our local service site including serial number and a photo showing the split seam. If you are within your warranty they can look into organising a replacement. If not, you can purchase a replacement from them.
To avoid this problem in the future we recommend the following:
- Avoid having the lid/ cover on and secured whilst the bubbles are on as this will cause build up in pressure.
- Avoid over chemicalising the spa as this could weaken the material.
