Failure to pair the spa
Usually the APP will detect which step went wrong and send you a solution page.
- Failure to connect the device: It may be caused by a weak device signal. Make sure that your mobile phone, your spa and the router are as close to each other as possible.
- Failure to connect the device to a Wi-Fi network:
- Make sure you enter the correct Wi-Fi password.
- Check the router security setting and select WPA2.
- Failure to bind device to account: Please make sure the Wi-Fi network is stable and try again.
