Error Code
E0/F0
Is there an E0/F0 error code displaying on your MSpa? This means the ambient air temperature is too low. Or the water temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 50°C.
- Check ambient air temperature
If your MSpa has been stored or transported in any circumstance below 4°C, please keep it in a warmer place over 1 hour before inflation. - Check water temperature
1. Check if the water temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 50°C. If so, turn off the spa and change the water.
2. When the water temperature is between 0°C and 50°C, it means something wrong with the temperature sensor.

E1/F1
This means your MSpa pump is experiencing a water flow issue. We recommend following these trouble shooting steps until the error code stops displaying.
- Check water level
The water flow sensors will not detect the water properly if the water is below the minimum line on the spa liner. Top your MSpa up with water so the water level is between the Minimum and Maximum line.
If the E1/F1 error is still showing on your controller, please move onto step 2 below.
- Check filter cartridge
This error can be caused by a heavily-used filter cartridge decreasing water flows. Cartridges can last 2-3 weeks before needing to be replaced, depending on spa usage, water chemistry and maintenance practices.
1. Remove the filter cartridge from the filter housing.
2. Use moderate pressure from a regular garden hose and maintain at least a 45 degree angle to avoid damaging the filter. Place emphasis in flushing the debris out from between the pleats. You can also carefully brush the pleated surface to remove small particles and debris.
Please note: Do not use any detergent, washing up liquid or other chemicals. If the filter cartridges are still dirty or starting to disintegrate, change the cartridge for a new one. The filter cartridge must be completely dry before you use this.If this does not resolve this issue please move onto step 3 below.
- Check debris screens (water inlet and outlet cover)
If this does not resolve this issue please move onto step 3 below.
