Deflating Bladder
This issue might be caused by air valve getting loose or a hole or puncture on the bladder. We recommend to do following troubleshooting steps:
Check if the Bladder is Punctured
To locate the puncture, we would suggest applying soapy water to the bladder. Bubbles should appear where the puncture is located. To fix the puncture with repair kit and epoxy vinyl glue.
Unfortunately, this is not a manufacturing defect and we will not be able to replace the bladder under warranty for you. Replacement bladder can be purchased from your local distributor or service partner.
Check if Seams have Split
If you can see a split seam and you are still within your warranty period, please contact our local service site for further assistance.
If you’re no longer within your warranty period or if the above has not solved the issue, please contact your local distributor or service partner to purchase a replacement bladder or for other assistance.
